The chances of getting a seat for a desired campus and course depends on the competition and toughness of the entrance exam.
There are many determining factors of the AEEE cutoff such as, number of seats available, number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, and the number of students who applied and appeared for exams.
Each year the cutoff set by the college for admission is different, that is why it is tough to answer this question if one can secure a seat in CSE for the desired campus. However, one can look at the previous year’s cutoffs to get an idea about the ranking and seat allotment process.

However, there is a chance to be accepted for the CSE program with an AEEE rank of 2,231 at the Bangalore campus as the cut-offs for the previous year indicate.
Therefore, one can get admission into Amritas at the Bangalore campus. However this analysis is done on the previous year’s cutoffs, that is why one needs to be updated with the current year’s cutoffs which can be checked on the official college website.

The cutoff depends on many parameters and not just only on the CAT score. For example, candidates from non-engineering backgrounds can have a lower cutoff score but still secure a seat due to the diversity point.
Every year, the final selection phase gets completed tentatively by April and the candidates get emails regarding the information and further communication. After being selected, candidates have to reconfirm their choice within a fixed amount of time, and only then they are further communicated and invited for the following rounds.

Generally, IIMs consider various parameters while selecting candidates such as academic background, work experience, diversity, and CAT scores.
For the admission process in the academic year 2022-23, CAT cutoff for IIM-K was 94 percentile for general category candidates.
