I am a non-Delhi candidate. Can I get admission at DTU with 92 percentile in JEE Main?

I am myself a non-delhi candidate who got into B.Tech Computer Engineering at DTU in 2023. Since you haven’t mentioned your category, I am assuming that you are a general category candidate. A 92 percentile in JEE Main 2024 will roughly fetch you a rank between 94,001 to 95,000.
