I am Navneet Singh and here is my opinion and experience in BHU

Remarks :

There was an entrance exam for this course named BHU UET. This exam was of 450 marks and divided into three sections physics, chemistry, and mathematics 150 marks each. The questions were of multiple choice types in which 3 marks were awarded for a correct answer and 1 mark was deducted for a wrong answer and no marks were awarded in case of an unattempted question. Anyone who has passed standard 12th and has 50% marks could have given the exam. There was a reservation for the EWS category and the cut-off for EWS was 189/450 and for general 208/450. The application form was on the official website www.bhuonline.in.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose the course because I was interested in learning mathematics. The faculty-student ratio in the department of mathematics is approximately 20:1. The facilities here are highly qualified with all of them having a Ph.D. and are masters in their respective fields. The exams are conducted timely here every semester and results are published on time.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee of this course is approximately 8500 for three years which is highly affordable for most students in addition to that the university provides scholarships to students in need and the university also has a scheme name "earn while learn" in which students can earn money by working in the university while pursuing their degree.

Campus Life :

I love it here because of the lush green campus which is full of life. The infrastructure is good and there are a lot of clubs of several types like drama, music, coding, etc. The clubs are active in their work. The annual fest of science faculty is called AAKANKSHA and it's good. The books are available but if you don't find your book then there is a section in the library in which you can go and read any book and they have all the books you need. Sports facilities are top-notch here, you'll have all you need for any game, even swimming.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like maths and I want to be a professor in mathematics so I choose this course. The faculty of BHU is very good and for 45 students there is a professor. Faculty members are done with Ph.D. in their respective fields and some professors are very good to explain and visualization. Terms exam is held in 4 -5 months and it is difficult to pass because of the hard question paper and strict copy checking.

Placement Experience:

With the end of the final exams, we would be eligible for campus placement. We have no information about which companies are going to visit. I am unaware of the percentage of students getting placement. I am going to prepare for civil services exams after my graduation.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is too good in my college. Science (bsc for both maths and biology), Bachelor of Commerce (b.comm.), Bachelor of computer science (BCA). I choose bsc math because my 12th is science background and I want to do better in this field. The qualifications system is very good for science faculty. Professors and teachers are to support in every field. We have a yearly exam and according to our preparation exam is going well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course as I want a career in pure sciences and further want to do research in respective fields. There are approximately 7 students under 1 faculty. Faculties are well qualified and knowledgable and masters of their fields. Term exams are good and up to the mark and are moderate to pass with consistent studies.
