Unveiling the soul in college life

Remarks :

The eligibility for the BTech course was qualifying JEE exam which is as hard as iron. As the world has progressed a lot so therefore the admission process is all online. All the fees are paid through net banking and the important dates are notified on their website itself. Though I hadn't availed any of the benefits of reservation categories for obvious reasons as I don't belong to any one of them I must say that I don't like this reservation system at all admission should be fairly on the basis of marks only. Ans this is the only improvement I want to see in India's admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview :

So, I chose to pursue BTech in CSE because I am a coding freak and I always wanted to be a Software Engineer. So talking about the faculty I must say they were 10/10 for the way they teach and for their efforts but if I talk about the college I feel that they were more strict than my school.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

It was as costly as buying a thar I must say. There were few concessions for reserved category students but for one like me who belongs to the general category, it's gonna be a massive amount. There were many scholarships for SC/ST students but for us, the government has made no scholarships.

Campus Life :

Well, my campus life was so boring initially as I was an introvert but the seniors were very good at interacting with the freshers they helped us a lot. There were so many fests and so many societies in my college that I ended up forgetting many of them. Talking about books, my college has provided each and every book which is required to score well in exams, also the library was so huge . There were many societies like TEchSoc, Prakriti, IEEE, and so on.

Placement Experience:

In this competitive era, preparing yourself for campus placements is the most pivotal part of education. Earlier, most of the students ignored the significance of the campus placements and waved goodbye to the opportunities of getting selected by the company. But now, every year, you can observe hundreds of students taking active participation in the campus placement process. One of the advantages of campus recruitment is the assurance of stable job profiles in reputed companies. In India, the majority of campus recruitment companies often lower their hiring criteria for entry-level employment. However, if you are applying through an Off-campus or Pool campus placement drive. In that case, there’s much more than technical knowledge required to clear the interview as the scale of competition increases.
