Remarks :
There is no eligibility criteria, you just have to give a scholarship exam and then you can join the university as per the availbility of the seats All the admission process is done at A1 block of chandigarh university The process is little bit time consuming
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because the placement of this course in chandigarh university is very good there are almost 5000 faculties in the university and the ration of student and teachers is decent the teachers are well qualified and the syllabus is inspired from different iits and NITs There are exams every month that include 2 mid term tests, 1 final exam and 2 practical exams
Internships Opportunities :
Not opted any interships yet so i dont know about this that much, but as per senior interactions internships are good and of good availability Some projects are intelligent recommender system, road sign detection etc
Placement Experience :
from 5 sem onwards students are eligible for placements TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Tech Mahindra are some companies that came to univeristy for placements around 60-70% of students get placed eaisly Highest Package 50 Lakhs Average Package is 5-6 Lakhs My Plan is to go to TCS
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees of my course is 1 lakh 20 thousand , i think fees is a little bit higher and every year fees hike is around 10-15 thousand i got a scolarship of 15 percent through CUCAT exam conducted by University as i just got admission , so i did't got any job yet
Campus Life :
There are several fest that got organised by university and some names are "Tashan Nites" and frequency is around every 2 months library is available in every building and have a wide range of books classrooms are well built and have smartboards as well as projecters There are numerous sport activities counducted frrequently I am in a group of mentoring department
Hostel Facilities :
hostel is decent but the mess food is horrible yes mess food is higenic but it is not good in taste hostel is bit expensive and sometimes seems to be not worth it there are numerous pgs and flats near university
