Remarks :

Gave JEE mains and got selected for NIT WARANGAL, through Josaa counseling in 2021, I am a fresher so I got selected in 2021. I was preparing for this exam for 2 years and I got the rank of 29762 and the OBC rank of 7062.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because this college offers the best civil engineering course in India and I can see a great future in civil engineering in the coming future. I also aspired to become one in my childhood. We used to study for this exam 10-12 hours a day. The faculty and student ratio is good it is almost 1:20.

Internships Opportunities :

Internships are good here where in 3rd year we get to see the inter drive where people get selected for it companies visit here and they select students via OT, interviews, and HR rounds. There are projects that we can develop.

Placement Experience :

Placement here is good, one of the best colleges for placements. If you are in a technical branch like Cse and ece, eee, you will get an average placement of 20 lpa. There are companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and Oracle that visit. There are 90% placements in my college.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The Fees of this college are quite low as it is a govt. college and if you are from any SC/st category, you can avail of free education, and if your income is below 1 LPA then also free education, and if less than 5lpa then 2/3 of the fee is remitted.

Campus Life :

Campus life is quite good. It has two festivals annually. One is cultural and another is a technical fest named Springs Spree and another is technozion which is a cultural and technical fest respectively. The library has lots of books and journals. Differents sports are played.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facility is good but also not good. cleanlines is average but the electricity is 24×7. Lift is 4 but all are average some work and some don't work. The meal is good it is cheap at 115 rupees per day. Registration for a hostel is done when you opt for hostellers.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this to get a degree in computer science which I thought would be better for me. The course curriculum is good as of now. The faculty-and-student ratio is okay too. But all of the faculty here are contract-based I suppose but are of good knowledge. The faculty inspires students to gain knowledge and motivates them to be independent as much as possible. They train students to be disciplined and are strict in that term. The teachers are also well qualified and of a good experience. The term exams got postponed due to the weather conditions and state holidays but apart from that, every other exam is conducted timely. But I would blame the correction for the pass percentage of the students from the university, though you would find the paper to score well.

Placement Experience:

Great placement was there, but the packages were a bit less due to the recession. placement percent is around 98-99%. Many students go for higher studies, I am also thinking of doing MBA or preparing for UPSC. The highest packege this year was around 70-72 lpa.
