A look towards nit Warangal

Remarks :

To take admission you have to write the jee mains exam conducted by NTA. Then if you get the better rank that is in the top 1% then you will be able to get the seat in the college. At the end of every year on the official NTA website, the application fee is 1000 for open candidates and 500 for SC, ST, and female category people and the dates will be in the maximum of December month. If you have a reservation then you will get the seat even if you have a low-rank. The improvement that is required is to remove the reservations as the people who are not eligible for this education level just due to their reservations they are getting and not able to sustain in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose ECE because l got interested in electronics at my intermediate level so to learn more about it I chose this branch. For every 10 students, there is a faculty and the ratio was very good. The teaching was good and the faculties were highly qualified and the level of teaching was very high. There will be mid-exams in the semester and the end-semester rather than that there will be minors conducted by the professors once a month and the difficulty to pass is based on the student level and for an average student it's somewhat difficult.

Placement Experience :

After the 6th semester the student will be eligible for the placements and the persons who maintain a cgpa above 7.5 will definitely get a job and the highest package offered is 81lakhs per annum and the average is about 14.4 lakhs per annum and above 90 % of students were getting placed in the very we known company's. My plan after getting a job is to design a battery that can charge so quick and sustain for a long time so that it can be used in electric vehicles and also to develop a source that generates electricity without consuming fossil fuels.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is 62500 for a semester and the hostel fee is 11000 as 62500 is a large amount for middle-class families based on the income certificate the fees will be reduced and for the SC and ST candidates, there will be no semester fees only the fees they have to pay is hostel fee and the mess fee. We will get an NSL scholarship provided by the central government based on our family income certificate.

Campus Life :

The fests that were conducted this month are the freshers party, ECE department welcome party, DND program, batukamma and we have a little more. The library was awesome and every book that was required are available in both soft and hard copy. There are lots of sports and I prefer volleyball and there is a program for freshers twice a week so that they have to go to the ground to perform some physical activity and play some games and there is ncc on the campus if you are interested then you can join the NCC. There are almost 32 clubs in the college run by the students those are robotics club, music club, dance club, quiz club, impact club, and many

Hostel Facilities :

The room given to us is spacious the things provided will be two beds and two study tables with chairs light and a fan with two cupboards will be provided in the room. The meals were not so bad that a person could comfortably eat the menu was daily the roti available and every week the menu repeated 7 days 7 rice will be there and for breakfast, you would have two choices either bread jam or the South Indian tiffins The process to apply for the hostel will be on the nit Warangal official website there will be a link just you have to pay a fee of 11000 and a caution fee in the starting of year about 20000 it will be paid once.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this to get a degree in computer science which I thought would be better for me. The course curriculum is good as of now. The faculty-and-student ratio is okay too. But all of the faculty here are contract-based I suppose but are of good knowledge. The faculty inspires students to gain knowledge and motivates them to be independent as much as possible. They train students to be disciplined and are strict in that term. The teachers are also well qualified and of a good experience. The term exams got postponed due to the weather conditions and state holidays but apart from that, every other exam is conducted timely. But I would blame the correction for the pass percentage of the students from the university, though you would find the paper to score well.
