- The MSc in Network Security offered by Heriot-Watt University will give students the knowledge which help to keep networks safe from attacks and threats by hostile parties.
- The full-time Network Security masters starts in mid September and lasts one year. The course can also be taken part-time over two years, or as a nine month Postgraduate Diploma.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:

- Students requires a good honours degree that includes substantial academic and practical knowledge of Computing and IT.
- Candidates holding a little less than a good honours degree or its equivalent but with compensating qualifications or experience may be admitted to the Postgraduate Diploma program.

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
