Preference will be given to students who have already gained some experience while working with any health or social sector projects or any other development projects involving rural, urban or semi-urban areas in collaboration with any local organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), and Community Based Organizations (CBOs)
Unlike Other Social Science Programs, an MPH degree offers a theoretical foundation with field exposure towards practical aspects of health and well being. The program develops understanding among students about the need for understanding health from a non-medical perspective to address complex social determinants of health. The study focuses on the experiential, facilitative and case study method of learning whereby the students have an opportunity to experience a participative mode of learning.
