IFHE BCA : Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The BCA course offers an engaging learning environment with a faculty-to-student ratio of 1:14. Students undergo three exams per semester, with Class Tests 1 and 2 worth 20 marks each, and Class Test 3 worth 50 marks per subject. Additionally, assignments contribute 10 marks, and practical exams account for 15 marks. While faculty are generally approachable, opinions on teaching methods vary, especially between practical and theory-based subjects. The BCA program is relatively new, so placement records are yet to be established, although other programs like BTech have shown strong placement results. The tuition fee is 40,000 INR per semester, with an initial admission fee of 10,000 INR, totaling 240,000 INR annually. Scholarships are provided based on 12th-grade marks, ranging from 20% to 80%, applicable only for the first semester. Students can maintain scholarships based on their CGPA, with full scholarships for CGPAs above 9.5. Hostel fees start at 69,000 INR, with an extra 10,000 INR for rooms with attached washrooms, plus a 20,000 INR admission and caution deposit. The BCA course lasts three years, while the four-year B.Tech program requires 100,000 INR with a 30,000 INR caution and admission fee. Hostel fees may rise in future semesters.
