M.Tech has generally pursued research purposes. If you are highly interested in your subject then go for it without any further hesitation. To enhance your knowledge is never a decision that would make you regret it later.
You might even be offered an opportunity to opt for the post of Assistant Professor or Research Assistant. Your B.Tech qualification would suffice the criterion for private companies as a degree in M.Tech is not much of value in the corporate field.

I have chosen this course as I was interested in things about what's happening behind the screens we are using and the faculty-student ratio is around 20:1 and the qualification of the faculties are Ph.D. and the teaching method is very good and around every 6 months the semester will be done for every 3 months mid examinations will be done.

I choose CSE because we have a bright future in software engineering. The faculty ratio is 1:6. Faculty qualifications are Ph.D.
Faculty teaching is good, they are friendly with students. Exams are conducted strictly.
Pass is very easy because they provide imp questions.
