GJU Hisar B.Tech Admission Guidelines
Admission to the 4-year degree program is done on the basis of JEE mains score. One must have a JEE mains scorecard with them at the time of counselling. HSTES is the responsible body for conducting online counselling. counselling steps are as follows:
- Applicants must register themselves on the HSTES counselling portal of B.E/ B.Tech to be eligible for further procedure.
- Paying the counselling fee of INR 500. After the successful payment, candidates would be allotted a “ Roll Number” which will be used throughout the counselling process.
- Registration for counselling would be initiated after the payment. One has to provide basic details like JEE Main Roll Number, their Email, contact details. A log-in id and password will be issued on behalf of the applicant as a future log-in reference.
- Choice Filling- All applicants are required to fill their choices/ preference order of colleges by making a successful log-in with the provided ID and Password. Fresh choices are to be filled in each counselling round.
- Seat Allotment during counselling shall be made on the basis of the inter-se-merit of combined merit of JEE Main exam. Candidates can continue with the admission to the allotted college or may proceed with upcoming rounds of counselling for the upgrading process.
- Candidates with GJU as their allotted college can proceed with the required documents to the offline/ online admission process as directed.
