Eligibility Criteria: 

Candidates must have done a Master's degree in the relevant discipline from an authorized institute to be eligible for applying for Ph.D.

Selection Criteria:

• Admission to the Ph.D. program is based on the CUET entrance exam and the performance in the interview conducted by the university
• M.Phil/UGC-NET/CSIR-NET/SLET qualified candidates need not appear in the entrance exam

The Central University of Jharkhand, a Central University, offers Integrated B.Sc. M.Sc., Integrated BA MA, Integrated B.Tech. M.Tech., and Integrated B.Com. M.Com in multiple specializations. Central University of Jharkhand Integrated Courses Selection Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to the Integrated courses at Central University of Jharkhand must clear the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). It is mandatory to choose 1 language in the section 1A, and Domain-specific subjects in the section -II as mentioned in the eligibility criteria for respective course. Final selection will be made on the basis of CUET merit list released by the university.

CUET Exam has three sections-

• Section I – this section is further divided into Section IA and Section IB. candidates will have to select any one language from a set of 13 different languages in Section IA while one language from a set of 20 languages has to be selected from Section IB.
• Section II – Section II is a domainspecific section wherein candidates will have to select a maximum of 6 domains from a list of 27 domains. Candidates should choose the domains after careful consideration as these will be the deciding factor for the choice of their university.

Candidates will first have to go through the CUET procedure until the declaration of its result and then will have to fill the application form of Central University of Jharkhand via counselling rounds.
