IIM Bangalore PGPEM Admission Process & Criteria for 2025
- Aspirants require a valid CAT/GMAT/GRE/IIMB Test score to be eligible for admission.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview (online/offline) and a Written Ability Test.
- The interview panel comprises 2 faculty members, who will evaluate each candidate's performance based on the quality of experience/diversity, leadership qualities, social sensitivity, and multifacetedness.
- The final selection will be based on the prior academic performance, duration of work experience, quality of work experience, social sensitivity, and performance in the interview and the Writing Ability Test.
- IIMB offers reservations to EWS, NC-OBC, SC, ST and PWD in accordance with the law.

The test fee of INR 1,000/- is to be paid additional along with the application fee. In the application form of IIM B Test, candidates need to specify that they wish to apply for PGPEM.
