Ph.D. (Chemical Engineering) From VTU, Belgaum

• Every new B.Tech student has to register for the JEE Mains exam on the registration portal of NTA.
• M.Tech. students must register themselves for the GATE exam in order to start the admission process. 
• The National Test Agency releases its form at the end of January and every applicant must fill that form accurately.
• A scanned passport size picture, right thumb impression and the student’s signature have to be uploaded on the portal on the website.
• The applicant must fill in all the required details and there is a separate grievance portal to solve the doubts while filling up the form.
• Next the student has to pay the admission fees through online payment options like debit and credit card.
• Once the admission fees are paid, a hard copy of the application form and required documents must be submitted to the college.
• When the scores of respective exams are released, college takes over the admission process. 

Documents required:

• University registration form
• Original and photocopied 10th and 12th mark sheet for UG admissions.
• A hard copy of the rank proof in JEE Mains or GATE results
• Copy of Aadhaar card and house tax bill.
• Date of birth proof.
• Marksheet of UG Examination (For M.Tech and Ph.D)
• Internship completion certificate to check upon the student’s work experience (If Applicable)
• Three passport size photographs in formals.
