A candidate shall be admitted to the B.V.Sc. & A.H. Degree course provided: He/she has completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of year of his/her admission to the B.V.Sc. & A.H. course and minimum admission requirements as laid down by the Academic Council of this University from time to time

Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) from Board of Secondary Education, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal or passed an equivalent or higher examination from any recognized Board or higher or equivalent examination conducted by University certified by School Education Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.

The selection of students to the B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree course shall be done on the merit of the candidate(s) as determined on the basis of entrance examination conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board, Bhopal or by the Veterinary Council of India.
