No doubt all the institutes you mentioned are excellent in their respective standards and fields. But the primary element that should be stressed before choosing a college is what kind of MBA you are looking for. You should determine the specialization you are willing to go for, the kind of curriculum and crowd you are expecting, and various other factors.
You need to keep in mind that an MBA degree will pose just as a stepping stone to success and cannot guarantee your success. The ultimate determining factor is the level of knowledge you gain and how you perform throughout.
All the Institutes you mentioned are top-notch and are globally recognized knowledge hubs. You cannot make a choice just on the basis of your preference. You will have to work tremendously hard to make it into these esteemed institutes.
An MTech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from IIM Bangalore are two very different options. While one focuses on technological aspects the other focuses on managerial aspects. So before even dwelling on the worth of the courses individually you should self-analyze your inclinations and choose one path you are sure about.

Are you more inclined to the corporate world or are the technical elements that attract you more? Having clarity of goals and understanding of what you want from your life is the primary determining factor for choosing your college as well as course.

Choosing an MBA just because it has good career prospects despite having an interest in technology is deluding yourself. You cannot attain success unless you are sincerely passionate about the field you are pursuing.
The answer to your question is objectively based solely on your inclinations. IITs might offer a better ROI than IIMs. But had I been in your place I would have gone for the newer IIMs like Kozhikode or IIM Ranchi which is one of the fastest-growing IIMs. The reasons for taking this decision would have been
All these points make IIM a more tempting choice. Yet if you are tight on budget and just want to go for the Operations domain IIT will do fine for you.
