· Refundable security deposit of INR 10000 per student is to be paid over and above the fees. Any damages would be charged directly to the students
· Hostel fee is strictly non-refundable after the commencement of the academic session. The hostel security deposit is refundable on completion of the program subject to fulfilling all terms and conditions.
· All students must pay the fees as per the schedule declared by the hostel authorities. Failure to pay the fees on or before the date(s) specified will result in the instantaneous forfeiture of the room as well as any fees already paid. Fees for the subsequent years must be remitted on or before the due date notified by the hostel authorities. No individual intimation regarding the change in rules/ policy will be given to the students/ parents/ guardians. Every student is expected to ascertain this from the notice board or through the communication sent by Director (Student Welfare) or the management of the Hostel via email
· *Common Duct Air Cooler - Available for 12 hours per day in summers
· **geyser facility available only with rooms having its personal washroom. Capacity - 10 ltrs to 20 ltrs (In addition to hot water bath facility available from 6 am to 8 am and 6 pm to 8.00 pm)
· ***Non Vegetarian Meal available in Poornima University Only
· ****Laundry - washing, drying & ironing (80 Cloths per month)
· *****Students may bring their own smart TV size: 32” One time installation charges will be INR 500. Any Television subscriptions like internet, Tata Play, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. charges will be availed by the student directly.
· Electricity consumption will not be charged up to 43 units per month per student, any increase in units above the same will be charged at actual per student per month. It is mandatory that both Students sharing the room need to agree for availing the package. The electricity bill will be split in two and charged accordingly to each Student.
