Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences or SMIMS is a constituent college of Sikkim Manipal University. SMIMS offers MBBS courses, for which candidates are selected through their performance in the NEET exam.

• To be eligible for the program, students must have passed their 12th with the required marks in the science subject. 
• The program lasts for 4.5 years including the internship period.
