GLA University was established in 2010, located in Mathura, U.P. It offers BA, B.Sc, B.Com, B.Tech, B.Pharm, BBA, and B.Ed courses at the UG level. The PG programs offered by the University are M.Pharm, MBA, MCA, and M.Sc. GLA University also offers Ph.D. in various specializations along with Lateral Entry and integrated (BA-LL.B & B.Com-LL.B) programs. Students can register themselves for admission by visiting the official website of the University. The Admission process will start in the 1st week of March 2023.

  • Candidates can apply online or offline on payment of INR 700 (INR 500 for B.Ed) as an application fee.
  • For UG courses, candidates must have passed the 10+2 exam with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
  • For Professional courses, a minimum aggregate of 50% is required in the relevant discipline except for B.Tech and M.Tech which require a 60% aggregate.
  • Admission to all the courses is based on performance in GLAET followed by an interview.
  • GLAET is an online MCQs-based test of varying duration (60 min to 2 hours) depending on the course applied for.
  • Apart from GLAET, MBA admission is also offered on the basis of a valid score in CAT/ MAT/ XAT or UPSEE.
  • For the M.Tech course, the GATE score is also acceptable at the time of admission.
  • For Ph.D. (Full-Time) and Part-Time courses, GLA University conducts separate entrance tests. CSIR NET/ UGC NET/ GATE or equivalent exam-qualified candidates are also eligible to apply.

GLA University B.Tech, B.Pharm & D.Pharm Admission 2023

GLA University offers B.Tech and B.Pharm courses of 4-year duration. Admission is based on candidates’ performance in GLAET followed by personal interview. GLA University also offers a diploma course in Pharmacy. This course is of 2-year duration.

GLAET is an online MCQs based test of 2 hours duration. Candidates can apply for the same online as well as offline. The registration fee can be paid either online through credit card, debit card or net banking; or offline through cash or demand draft.

At postgraduate level, GLA University offers M.Tech, MBA and MCA courses in various streams for full-time mode. Admission is based on the performance in GLAET. However, for M.Tech program, preference will be given to candidate with good score in GATE. For MBA program, preference will be given to the students with a valid score in CAT/ MAT/ XAT or UPSEE.

GLA University offers doctoral programs in both full-time as well as part-time modes. The applicant will have to qualify either the entrance test conducted by the university or the exam conducted by the central bodies like UGC NET or CSIR NET etc.  Qualified candidates will also have to clear an interview round conducted by the respective department of the university.

GLA University Application Process 2023

Admission to all the courses offered is done through online entrance test, GLAET. This test is held at 60 centers all over India. The candidates can register for the entrance test, either online or offline.

Online Registration Process:  Candidates can register for the entrance test by visiting the official website of the GLA University.

  1. An entrance fee of INR 500 is required to be paid for D.Pharma, Diploma in Engg. and B.Ed courses.
  2. INR 700 each for the rest of the courses is charged which can be paid online or offline.
  3. For the online payment, credit card/ debit card or net banking may be used. For offline payment, cash or demand draft drawn in favor of ‘GLA University’ payable at Vrindavan.
  4. After successful registration, candidates will be given a unique registration Id and password.

Offline Registration Process: Candidates may download the registration form from the official website of the University.

  1. The printout of the form needs to be duly filled and sent in an envelope along with the demand draft of INR 700 as application fee.
  2. The amount will depend on the course applied for as mentioned earlier.
  3. Candidates name and unique ID needs to be mentioned on the back of the demand draft. 
  4. On the back side of the envelope, candidates need to mention “Offline GLAET Registration for ‘name of the course’”.
  5. The envelope needs to be addressed to the admission coordinator whose address is as follows:

Ques. Can I direct admission to GLA University?

Ans. No, there is no provision of direct admission to GLA University. The admission is conducted based on through quota- General Quota and NRI/ Foreign Quota. General Quota admission is based on applicants' rank at GLA University.
