For Ph.D. Programme:

You can obtain the Application Form either from the University office or the University website.

If you are obtaining it online, you must download it and take a print out of the Application Form.

You should fill the Application Form with the required personal and educational details. You must also affix a recent passport size coloured photograph in the space provided.

Application Fee: You must the Application Fee of Rs. 100 (in cash only) through a challan available from the University Cash Counter at the College Street Campus, CU.

Enclosures: You must attach the following along with the attested copy of certificates:

• Research Proposal (in about 1000 words)
• Short essay (in about 600 words)

You must then send the duly signed Application Form along with the required enclosures to the following address:

Application Fee: You must the Application Fee of Rs. 500 for general category and Rs. 250 for SC/ST/PWD category, through any of the following manner:

1. By Internet Banking/debit card/credit card of any bank
2. By “SBI Collect” system i.e., cash to State Bank of India, C.U. Branch. For SBI collect system, it will require additional commission for bank transaction.

You should attach a copy of the deposition receipt if you are paying via SBI collect. You must then send the duly signed Application Form along with the required enclosures to the following address:
