Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham invites candidates to join their Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) course provided in their Amritapuri and Coimbatore campuses. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham offers more than 150 programs. The MSW course, provided by the Department of Social Work, is a two-year full-time program consisting both of classroom sessions and field practice.

The curriculum is credit-based which makes the course design and teaching very flexible. The department collaborates with over 60 social services organizations for internships, projects, and other experimental projects. 

Applications to MSW program can be filled in both online and offline mode after payment of INR 500. Graduates in any discipline can apply for the program. However, selection is based on the marks obtained by the candidates in their qualifying examination, and personal interview.

Notes:

1. All admissions are subject to verification of the certificates and documents submitted by the candidate.
2. The decision of the chairman of admissions will be final, if any disputes occur.
3. Students with residence beyond 30 K.M. shall strictly stay in the university hostel.
4. Dress Code is mandatory for all students.
