Reva University MCA Admission 2022: Important Dates

Reva University offers a Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) and MCA (Lateral Entry) program for a duration of 3 and 2 years respectively. 

Candidates need to have at least a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized college/university. 

Admission to the MCA program offered at Reva University is granted through an entrance exam i.e. Karnataka PG CET

Reva University MCA Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to the MCA course offered at Reva University shall fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

For Admission to MCA – Regular

• Graduation with Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science Programming / Computer Application / Business Mathematics/ Business Statistics as one of the major/optional subjects with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

For Admission to MCA – Lateral Entry

• B E / B Tech in ECE / IT / EEE / CSE / ISE / TE / BCA / M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Computer Science / Mathematics / Information Science / Information Technology with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks
• 5% relaxation is provided to reserved category candidates for both MCA and MCA (Lateral).

Reva University MCA Admission Guidelines

The selection to the MCA program offered at Reva University is made on the marks scored by the candidate in the state entrance examination. Candidates shall participate in the Karnataka State Counselling

Online Mode

• Visit the official website of Reva University @reva.edu.in.
• Fill out all the personal and educational details asked in the application form.
• Pay the application fees as per the category specified by the candidate.
• Review the application form and click on the submit button after completing the admission form.

Offline Mode

The candidate can fill the application form by visiting the college itself and making the payment there or can also make the submission of the form along with all the enclosures including the DD which is to be sent to the Office of Admissions, REVA University.

Reva University a MCA program for a duration of 3 years divided into 6 semesters while the MCA (Lateral Entry) program is offered for a duration of 2 years divided into 4 semesters.
