Medicaps University offers B.Tech and M.Tech courses in various specializations in full-time mode. For admission to B.Tech, candidates must have passed HSC in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) with minimum 45% marks in PCM. Selections will be done according to the valid score in JEE Main.

Medicaps Online Admission Process 2022

Candidates seeking admission to various programs offered by the Medicaps University must register themselves through the admission portal. For ease of the students, the documents may be uploaded online as well as offline.

Online Application

Students can visit the official website and click on Admission Registration 2022-23 tab.

Step 1: Registration Sign-in Page Medicaps Portal

Click on New Registration link for signing up on Medicaps-2022. No fee is required for registration.
Applicants need to fill up their basic details along with the courses/programs they wish to pursue. This can be changed later during online application, as per requirements.
After successful registration, login details and application number will be sent to the candidate's email ID.
Applicants can change their password once they login successfully.
Applicants must make sure all the details are entered correctly before submitting.

Step 2- Online Application

In the sign-in page of Medicaps, enter Username and Password and press submit.
Enter your personal details.
Enter the details of your academic background to meet the eligibility criteria. Candidates need to fill in the details to verify the results online.
Please make sure the results are available with you before applying. If your results are not yet announced, click on the check box that appears on your screen.
Then enter the entrance examination details.
Select the courses and programs and specialization.
Multiple choices in defined order can be selected as the priority of the applicant.
Self attested photocopies of mandatory documents need to be uploaded.

After agreeing to the rules and regulations, the candidate can proceed further for payment.
A payment of Rs. 1580/- is to be made via Online Payment Gateways or UPI.
It will generate the receipt of above application form with filled details along with rules of admission and application fees policies.

Phase 3-Online Counselling (Merit Basis Seat Allotment) and Reporting

The candidate can view his/her allotment according to applied preferences and cut off marks decided by the University and take a print.
After confirming allotment, the applicant can proceed for fee payments and other details. It contains a fees refund policy and cancellation policy of the university.
If not satisfied with their allotment, the candidate can forward their form to the next round. The re-counselling form fee is Rs 500.
The applicant with nil allotment will not be charged any fee for the next round of counselling.
The applicant eager to take the admission in allotted branches can go ahead and check the reporting procedure. The details of document verification and semester fee payment at the university premises on or before the assigned dates are included.
The seats will be treated as vacant, if the candidate fails to report during the assigned tenure

Medicaps University PG Admission 2023: MBA, MCA, M.Sc & MA

Medicaps University offers MA, M.Sc, MBA and MCA courses at the PG level. Candidates applying for any of these courses should have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.

For admission to MBA course, a valid score in CAT/ CMAT or GMAT is required by a candidate. Admission to MCA, MA and M.Sc course is based on merit in the qualifying examination.

Medicaps University provides doctoral degree courses in various disciplines of Engineering, Commerce, Management, and Sciences. The minimum eligibility for admission is a Master’s degree or its equivalent in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks in aggregate.

Selection will be based on written test and interview conducted by the university. Shortlisted candidates will be called in for an interview round.

Steps to Apply Online:

Step 1: Registration

The first time user should go to “New Registration” link for signing up with the Admission portal 2022.
After Successful Registration, the candidate will receive a verification mail on his/her registered e-mail id.
The candidate has to click on the verification link received on mail, he/she will be redirected to the Candidate profile account on Medi-Caps Portal.
The Candidate can fill the application from his/her account profile.
After the completing the application form the candidate has to done the payment of Rs. 1580/- through Debit/Credit Card/ Internet Banking.
Once the payment is done, the Candidate application number will be generated which he/she can use for further communication.
Candidate can download Application form and acknowledgment receipt from his/her account profile.

Medicaps University Counselling Process 2022

Medicaps University Scholarship Details

Following scholarships are offered by Medicaps University:

Minority students whose parents’ annual income is less than INR 2.5 Lakhs will be provided Government of India Merit – cum- Means scholarship.
Those candidates whose parents’ annual income is less than INR 3 Lakhs and who have scored at least 80% marks are in top 500, 2500,1000 and 1000 in HSC in Agriculture, Science, Arts or Humanities respectively are provided Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Scholarship.
As per Government norms, Chancellor’s Scholarship is available for SC/ST/OBC/Minority Candidates.
