Raja Mansingh Tomar University Admission 2024: Admit Card, Admission Form

Raja Mansingh Tomar University offers regular B.A. and B.A. (Hons.) courses in the fields of Music, Dance and Arts. Students can choose from different specializations under these courses, viz Drama and Theatre, Fine Arts, Dance and Music. In B.A. Dance, Kathak/Bharatanatyam courses are taught whereas in B.A. Music, the instruments such as tabla, violin, sitar etc. can be learned.

For admission to B.A. regular and B.A. (Hons.) courses, the students must have scored minimum 40% in +2 examination from any recognised board.

• The selection is done through counselling.
• Students who have done prior training or diploma certification in any of the above-mentioned courses will have an additional advantage.

There are total 6 Post Graduation courses in this university. Apart from M.A. courses, the university offers 3 masters courses like Music, Fine Arts and Dance. The entry for these courses is purely based on merit and depends on the candidate’s percentage in graduation. The application starts in the month of May every year.

• For admission to M.A. courses, the students must have a B.A. degree in the related field with relevant experience.
• Students from other states must have a Migration or Transfer certificate at the time of admission.

Raja Mansingh Tomar University offers two types of diploma courses, viz Diploma and Advanced Diploma. Students can opt for Diploma if they have scored minimum 40% in class 10^th whereas Advanced Diploma can be taken up after graduation.

Key Points:

• Students who have done training in arts will be preferred for entry into diploma courses.
• Both Advanced Diploma and Diploma courses are of 1-year duration.
• Counselling for admission in the above-mentioned courses will take place in the month of June/July.

Raja Mansingh Tomar University offers Ph.D. in Music, Dance, Fine Arts and Theatre. Post Graduate scholars who have interest in the field of art can opt for Ph.D. courses. Selection of candidates for admission to Ph.D. courses is based on score in CRET exam.

• Common Research Entrance Test is followed here for admission into Ph.D. courses.
• It takes place during the month of August.
• The admit card can be downloaded from July onwards.
• Candidates must have Admission test Admit Card, 10^th and 12^th passing certificates, Transfer Certificate, Income Certificate, Category Certificate and Character Certificate for CRET.
