The university has collaborated with the University of California Berkeley, MIT USA and EFREI France. SRM University Amaravati is a multi-stream research university that offers degree and research programs in diverse fields like Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication, and Mechanical Engineering.

SRM University, AP offers undergraduate programmes, namely - BA under five specializations, B.Sc under five specializations, B.Com and BBA for which admissions are on the basis of merit in 10+2. Candidates must also have at least 60% marks or equivalent in 10+2.

SRM University M.Tech and M.Sc Admission 2023
The university offers admission into the M.Tech program under 6 specializations for which admissions are on the basis of an entrance examination, namely - GATE, SRMJEEE. Candidates must also have a degree in B.E or B.Tech with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Selection Criteria
- Admission into the M.Tech regular program is on the basis of the GATE entrance examination which is followed by counseling.
- Admission to the M.Sc program is on the basis of an SRM Future Skill Test followed by a Personal Interview.
Note: For the M.Sc program, the candidates who have a minimum of 2 years of work experience is preferred for part-time and fresher may apply for a full-time classroom program.
SRM University MBA Admission 2023
The university also offers MBA in two specializations of 2-years duration. The full-time professional management degree involves studying on the campus during first year and undergoing the paid internship during the second year.

SRM University MBA-BFSI Eligibility
- Graduates with a minimum of 50% in 10th, 12th and UG Degree may apply.
- Candidates also must have a valid score in any of the following entrance exam: CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ NMAT/ TANCET, etc as per guidelines mentioned on the University website.
- Professionals with less than 2 years of work experience and less than 26 years age may also apply.
SRM University MBA - Data Science Eligibility
- Graduation in Engineering, Technology and Science with mathematics as a core subject in 10th and 12th a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of work experience is preferred for part-time.
- Freshers may also apply for full-time classroom program.
SRM University MBA-BFSI Selection Criteria
- The university shortlists candidates based on the entrance exam score such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ NMAT/ TANCET, etc.
- If students do not have any of the above exam scores then they need to appear in SRMJEEM Exam.
- Candidates can access the entrance test link on the official website and submit it within 48 hours of registration.
- The Admission Committee will call the shortlisted candidates for Personal Interview and roll out a Provisional Admission Letter (PAL).
- Candidates need to acknowledge the PAL by paying INR 1,20,000 within 2 days of offers release.
NOTE – Candidates with Diploma and UGC recognized Distance education degrees will have to mandatorily undertake SRMJEEM Exam.

SRM University Ph.D Admission 2023
SRM University offers full time Ph.D under several disciplines for which admissions are on the basis of entrance examination conducted by the university. The test is conducted offline, The syllabus for the Entrance Test shall consist of 50% of research methodology and 50% shall be subject specific.
Eligibility
Candidates must have a two year master’s degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent. Moreover, candidates who have cleared the M.Phil course work with at least 55% marks are also eligible.

Admissions into the Ph.D programme is on the basis of offline entrance examination conducted by the university.

Candidates looking for admission in SRM University AP must register themselves on the official website. Here are steps to follow to apply for admission:
- Visit the ‘Admission’ tab on the official website.
- Click the ‘Apply Now’ tab to fill the online application form.
- Upload the recent passport size photograph.
- Submit the application form by completely filling the required information.
NOTE – For MBA-BFSI, candidates need to login and book their date for the test by paying an application fee of INR 3000 till 31st July and INR 4500 till 5th August and submit the required documents.
Counselling Session
- On the basis of the online filled application form, the candidates will be invited for counselling.
- The candidates must bring the following documents:
- 10th and 10+2-mark sheets & passing certificate
- Score Card of JEE Main/ SRM-JEE/ SAT Subjects Test
- Port-folio of extra-curricular and co-curricular activities
- Submit these documents to the interview panel.
