IIIT Surat B.Tech: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

IIIT Surat BTech Admissions 2023 are ongoing. The 6 rounds of cutoff and seat allotment has been released so far by JoSAA. 2 more special rounds of seat allotments will be released by CSAB. The CSAB- Special Round-I and Special Round-II seat allotments will be declared on August 08 and August 13 respectively. 

Furthermore, IIIT Surat BTech 2024 admissions will be based on JEE Mains 2024. JEE Mains is expected to take place in two phases, i.e., in the month of January and April. JEE Mains 2024 first attempt exam date is scheduled on the last week of January 2024 (tentative).

IIIT Surat BTech Admission 2023

Admission to BTech programat IIIT Surat is offered on the basis of JEE Main score which is followed by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling. The institute specific qualifying cut-off is announced after the declaration of JEE Main result to manage the seat allotment process. After all the rounds of JoSAA (rounds 1-6) are out, CSAB counselling takes place. CSAB releases 2 special rounds of seat allotment for IIIT Surat BTech admissions 2023.

• IIIT Surat selection process for BTech degree programmes is the final phase of the admission process. It is completely based on merit and the performance of candidate in JEE Main entrance exam.
• JEE Main entrance exam followed by a counselling round which is conducted by JoSAA for the respective year.

How to apply?

BTech aspirants must fill out the application form for JEE Main through the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA) (www.nta.ac.in). The application fee for boys is INR 625 and for girls, it is INR 325.

• Visit the official website of JEE Main.
• Register with the basic details
• Fill out the application form completely
• Note down the system-generated Application Number displayed on the screen.
• Create a password and choose a Security Question and its answer as well.
• Finally, pay the registration fee which is Rs. 1000 for Male General /Gen-EWS/ OBC(NCL) candidates and Rs. 800 for Female General/ Gen-EWS/ OBC(NCL) or Male & Female candidates from SC/ ST/ PwD category or Trangender candidates.
• Take a printout of the application form
• Submit the application form

• Class 10 Marksheet/ Certificate
• Class 12 Marksheet/ Certificate (Indian nationals who passed the qualifying examination from Nepal/Bhutan or an institution abroad must bring their passport. Permanent address given in the passport will determine the state code).

• JEE Main Rank Card
• Category Certificate (if belonging to reserved category)
• Photo ID Proof/ 12th Admit Card
