• The students should first register online on the website for admission to the colleges within the stipulated time. Guidelines for online registration are given below..

Registration for B.Tech/B.Pharm

• To register online, the student must go to an ICICI Bank to obtain a PIN and Information Booklet for each course they are applying.
• Log On to the website, https://gujacpc.nic.in/. For first time users, click on the “Click Here for New Registration” button.
• Choose the desired course and details will appear on the screen.
• Enter the relevant details in the given fields and click on the “Submit” button. The online Registration Form will appear on the screen. Fill all the details accurately.
• The user ID will be created and a password has to be entered. Click on the “Confirm Password”. Students should remember the password for future Login.
• Click on the “I accept” button and click on the “Submit” button.
• The Registration details will be displayed on the screen. If there are any changes to be made, click on the “Edit Registration Details”, else click on the “Confirm Registration Details”.
• It is mandatory for students to confirm registration by going to the help centres. An exception is made if the student is a Non-TWF candidate. Click on the “Registration Acknowledgement for Open Non-TWF” button.

Documents required for B.Tech/B.Pharm

• S.S.C. Examination (Std. X) Mark-sheet,
• H.S.C. Examination (Std. XII) Mark-sheet,
• GUJCET Mark-sheet,
• School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate,
• Caste certificate for a candidate belonging to
• Photograph of candidate for students from states outside of Gujarat.
• Certificate of Ex-Servicemen (if applicable).

Registration for M.Tech/M.Pharm

• Both GATE and Non-GATE students have to apply online for registration.
• The students should buy a PIN and Information Booklet in any of the ICICI Bank branches on this list. They have to buy a different PIN for each discipline they are applying for.
• The students have to go to the website, www.gujacpcadm.nic.in 
• Click on “New Users Click Here”. Choose the desired course. 
• Enter the PIN and other details and click on “Submit”.
• The online registration form will appear. Fill in all the important details. For students who have qualified in GATE/GPAT, the details regarding it has to be filled in.
• For Non GATE/GPAT students a detail of Choice for PGCET Center has to be filled.
• Enter a secure password, click on “Confirm Password” and remember it for future login.
• Click on “I accept” at the bottom of the page after reading the declaration. Click on the “Submit Registration Details” button and note the registration number to appear.
• A registration window will open onscreen. Enter the registration number, user ID and Password.
• Click on the “Edit Registration Details” if any changes have to be made, else click on “Confirm Registration Details”.
• If the student has applied for more than one discipline they will get all the disciplines for which they are eligible to apply for in “Name of Discipline Applying” for option in Online Registration Form. After applying for the first discipline, they have to click on “Registration for Other Discipline” in Registration Details and do the process again with another PIN.
• Take the print out of all the forms that have been filled and attach self-attested copies of all the documents that are required. Submit it in the Help Centres to get the Acknowledgement Slip.
• Students applying for PGCET will get the Acknowledgement Slip cum Hall Ticket for PGCET.

Documents required for M.Tech/M.Pharm

• H.S.C. Examination (Std. 12th) Mark-sheet,
• Diploma in Engineering Examination
• Qualifying Examination Mark-sheet/ statement of marks of final year
• Degree Certificate,
• GATE/GPAT Score Card,
• School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate,
• Caste certificate for a candidate belonging to Reserved Category
• Certificate of Ex-Servicemen (if applicable).

Registration of MBA/MCA

• Counselling process for MBA/MCA will happen online. All the information regarding online counselling is published on http://www.jacpcldce.ac.in.
• The students should buy a PIN and an Information Booklet from an ICICI Bank Branch.
• For online registration, visit the link, http://www.gujacpc.nic.in.
• Click on the “Click Here for New Registration” button and fill in all the relevant details and click on “Submit”.
• An Online Registration form will be displayed on the screen. Enter the relevant details.
• Students who have completed Bachelor of Computer Application or Bachelor of Science

(IT) or Bachelor or Science (Computer) and want to take admission in MCA second year

lateral entry, should tick ”Yes” in the registration detail.

• Tick the “I accept” and click on the “Submit”.
• If there are any changes to be made click on the “Edit Registration Details”, else click on “Confirm Registration Details”.

Documents Required for MBA/MCA

• S.S.C. Examination (Std. X) Mark-sheet,
• H.S.C. Examination (Std. XII) Mark-sheet or of equivalent examination,
• Mark sheets of all semesters / years of degree (graduation),
• CMAT Score card,
• School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate,
• Category certificate for a candidate belonging to Reserved Category.

Candidates must have passed UG degree in relevant stream
