Goldey-Beacom College is situated on a 24-acre piece of property located at 4701 Limestone Road in a serene and beautiful Pike Creek Valley, a suburb of Wilmington, Delaware. With close proximity to major cities like Philadelphia, Baltimore, New York, and other major east coast cities; the school has easy access to many fortunes 500 companies and international establishments necessary to give the students the needed exposure and resources.
Residence
Goldey-Beacom College allows students to live on-campus or off-campus depending on the students’ preference. However, the on-campus residence is based on certain eligibility status which a student should attain coupled with the compliance to certain rules and regulations governing life on campus.
To be eligible for on-campus residency, a student is required to maintain satisfactory academic standards defined by the college. Any student whose performance at the end of the academic year is below the accepted standard will not be permitted to reside on campus in the subsequent year. Requirements: The requirements for undergraduate students are:

- Proof of English language proficiency in the form of an official copy of TOEFL or IELTS with a minimum score of 60 and 5.5 respectively.
- Bank statement and affidavit of support which indicates a source of funding or financial support to cover the cost of attendance and other living expenses for up to a period of one year.
For international graduate students who wish to apply for admission, the following requirements must be submitted:
- A completed online application
- An official copy of transcripts/statement of marks /academic records detailing all university-level work and the diploma or degree certificate translated into English.
- An official copy of the English language test score. Maybe TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo or any other standardized proof of English proficiency test. A minimum test score of 75, 6.5 and 110 is required for TOEFL, IELTS, and Duolingo respectively.
- Statement of financial support /capability from a financial institution indicating sufficient fund to cover the cost of attendance of the entire academic program
