On-campus dorms are more affordable than off-campus housing as it includes utilities, and facilities and reduces travel costs. However, the supply of upper-year dorms is low. The average rent is 900 CAD a month.

My application included the UBC personal profile with small essay questions about myself, a CV of my achievements, volunteering and work experiences, 2 LORs from teachers or superiors I have worked with or taught me a subject relevant to the program I'm applying for, a recorded video interview for the BCom program, TOEFL scores, and predicted grades.
