The Institute of Engineering & Technology Bhaddal Technical Campus, Ropar was established in July 1998 .The campus offers Bachelors degree courses in four disciplines- Engineering, Architecture, Computer Applications and Management. It also offers PG degree of M.Tech, M.Arch, MBA and MCA. All the programs are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and are affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU), Jalandhar.

The admission to the courses offered by IET Bhaddal is based up on the guidelines of PTU. For the B.Tech and B.Arch courses, students are admitted through PTU Common Entrance Test. The candidates who successfully secure a valid rank in GATE can apply for the admissions under M.Tech courses. There are other UG courses under various disciplines for which the admissions are directly based up on the merit list issued after the centralized counseling by the university.

IET Bhaddal B.Tech and B.Arch Admission 2023

IET Bhaddal Technical Campus offers regular full time courses focused on industry aligned teaching, augmented by industrial visits and add-on courses for knowledge boosting. The admissions details for B.Tech and B.Arch courses are given below:

B.Arch		40	Passed higher secondary exam with Mathematics & Physics as compulsory subjects and minimum 50% marks or 10+3 diploma (any stream) recognized by the government with aggregate 50% or above marks.

Selection Procedure:

Admissions to the B.Tech and B.Arch courses are based up on PTU Common Entrance Test (CET).
The exam consists of 4 sections in which first three sections are designed to check the candidate’s aptitude in the core subjects and the 4^th section to check the proficiency in the local language- Punjabi .
The paper consists of both objective and subjective questions.
For the B.Arch the candidates who score valid rank in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) are also eligible.
The college also accepts JEE (Mains) for the admission to B.Tech.
The candidates need to fill the online counseling form.

IET Bhaddal UG Admission 2023

The college offers the following 3 year UG courses through its Institute of Vocational Studies. The focus is on the project based learning to guide the students on the right career path. IET Bhaddal Technical campus offers the following programmes at undergraduate level.

IET Bhaddal M.Tech and M.Arch Admission 2023

Study courses under M.Tech and M.Arch are designed to offer solutions in a scenario emerging technologies in local, regional, national and international levels.. The admission details of the M.Tech and M.Arch courses are tabulated below:

The applicants must fulfill the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the college under the rules of the university.

For the M.Arch, the direct merit based admissions will be conducted.

IET Bhaddal MBA and MCA Admission 2023

The post graduate courses at IET Bhaddal have been designed to address the demands of present generation digital world either in from of academics or corporate engagements. The admission details for the PG courses on Computer Applications and Business Management are discussed below:

The candidates who clear the eligibility criteria will be selected for the admission through on the basis of the merit.
The merit list will be prepared according to the candidate’s score in the qualifying exam.
For MBA admissions, candidates must have valid CMAT score.
The merit list, based on the above mentioned eligibility criteria will be uploaded on the official web portal of the college.

IET Bhaddal Application Process 2023

The candidates can fill the application form either offline or online.
The applications forms are available at the official web portal of IET.
The fees for the online forms can be paid through Debit/ Credit cards and Net Banking.
The offline applications forms can be downloaded from the official website of the university or can be obtained from the college office.
The forms have to be sent to the college address through the speed post along with the Demand Draft issued in favor of IET Bhaddal Technical Campus payable at Rupnagar.
The candidates who apply for any of the reserved categories have to attach the copy of the reservation certificate along with the application form.
