Skyline Institute of Engineering and Technology provides B.Tech in five different specializations. Candidates applying for B.Tech course must have passed Intermediate or any equivalent examination (10+2) from any recognized board/university with Physics, Chemistry and Maths as compulsory subjects and with a minimum aggregate marks of 45% (40% for SC/ST candidates).
Admissions to the course are done on the basis of merit in the JEE Main or UPSEE exam conducted by AKTU. Students need to apply based on their entrance scores and they will be called for counseling based on their rank in an offline state-level counselling.

Key Points for B.Tech Admission:
- No separate quota for candidates of other states. However, they will be given admission in case of non-availability of students from U.P. as per provisions laid down by U.P. government. (10% of total seats)
- Lateral Entry to 2nd year of B.Tech (Direct entry) is also available. Selection will be through UPSEE.
- Candidates can also apply through their JEE marks if seats remain after UPSEE counseling.

Admissions to the 2-year MBA course is done for candidates having a 3-year Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% aggregate marks from any UGC recognized Indian university.
Candidates are shortlisted for the course based on their performance in the CAT examination. For admission into the 2021 batch, CAT (December) 2016 is considered. Candidates need to fill their CAT marks while applying online and need to bring the valid rank card during the counseling.

- Candidates need to apply online at the SIET website for all the courses.
- No hard copy of application form is to be sent to the campus.
- Candidates appearing for UPSEE have to pay INR 1200 (General/OBC/Males) and INR 600 (Females/SC/ST).
- Similarly, candidates appearing for CAT have to pay INR 1600 for General category and INR 800 for SC/ST categories.
