Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology (VIIT) is situated at Pune, Maharashtra. The institute initiated its 2022 placement drive that already engaged 82 recruiters. Till now, a total of 421 placement offers & 60 Pre-placement offers were received.

During the Computer Engineering Placement drive, 27 recruiters participated. 150 placement offers were made. 33 Pre-placement offers were also made. 297 students registered for the placement drive & only 133 of them were eligible to participate. 48% of the batch received placement offers. The highest CTC of INR 15 LPA & an average CTC of INR 5.49 LPA were offered to the students from the Computer Engineering branch.
27 recruiters participated in the IT placement drive. These recruiters made a total of 72 placement offers & 14 pre-placement offers. 147 students registered & 63 of them were eligible to participate in the process. 47% of the batch got placed. The highest CTC stood at INR 13 LPA & the average CTC stood at INR 5.25 LPA.
During the placement drive, 218 students from Electronics & Tele-Communication branch participated. 19 recruiters approached them & made 114 placement offers. 48% of the batch got placed. The highest CTC of INR 8.38 LPA & an average CTC of INR 4.15 LPA were offered to the students.
4 recruiters participated during the Mechanical Engineering placement drive. 283 students registered to participate & only 72 of them were eligible. 26% of the batch got placed. 5 pre-placement offers were also made during the placement drive. The highest CTC stood at INR 6 LPA. An average CTC of INR 3.47 LPA was offered.
During the Civil Engineering placement drive, 4 recruiters visited the campus & made a total of 3 placement offers. 79 students registered & only 3 of them were eligible. The placement percentage stood at 4%. The highest CTC of INR 6.4 LPA & an average CTC of INR 3.83 LPA were offered to them.

Placement Experience:
Placements are Good enough students from the 6th semester are eligible for the placement procedure. Companies TATA Power, Sciefler, Mercedes Benz, John Dere, Atlas Copco, and Ansys are coming for campus placements. Emersion offered the highest package having 8.5 lpa. there 80 to 90 get offers from campus placement drive. I am also preparing for placements.
Placement Experience:
From 6 th semester itself, placements were started. Companies like Atlas Copco, Kirloskar, Farecia, TATA tech, and RENATA Precision. The highest placement was 13 lakhs offered by Ansys. there are 70 to 80 percent were placed and all other students chose Higher studies. I am a final-year student preparing for placements.
Placement Experience:
From the 6th Semester itself, students are eligible for Campus placements. Companies like Siemens Energy, Atlas Copco, Kirloskar Pvt Ltd, and Forbes Marshall are coming for Recruitment. There is the Highest package of 13 lakhs offered by Ansys and the average package is up to 4.5. 70 to 80 percent of students were placed in the Final year. Some students opt to choose higher studies. In college itself I am going for Placements.
Placement Experience:
As I am from the Mechanical department, placement here is highest in the college from any other branch. The mechanical department has the highest number of placed students with an average package of 4-6 lpa. From the 6th semester, you are eligible to sit in campus placement. In the mechanical department Ansys, JSW, BMW, Nvidea, Atlas Copco, etc are some main companies that offer jobs to our students. I am also going to sit for campus placement in core mechanical engineering while pursuing a degree as campus placement starts in the second semester of your 3rd year.

Placement starts from the 7th semester onwards. You can see hundreds of companies visiting colleges for placements. Last year approximately 90% of students got placed. The highest package this year is 33 lpa by Ansys, average is between 5.5-6.5 lpa. Companies like TCS, Infosys, IBM, Deutsche Bank, and many more visit campus every year. I will pursue higher education after my degree.
Placement Experience:
You can sit for placements right from the 7th semester. At least 200 companies visit colleges for placements every year. The highest package this year is 21 lpa by Avalara. The average package can be 5lpa to 6lpa. Most companies offer roles like SDE or Associate Engineer. Almost 85% percentage of students get placements every year. I want to join a company after my degree.
