About BRAC
Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College is a constituent of Delhi University. It is accredited with a grade ‘B’ by the NAAC and is recognized by the UGC. The college offers UG courses with different specializations under 13 departments. Admission to these courses is based on the CUET examinations along with e-counselling.
Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College offers scholarship facilities to SC/ST/OBC people as well. Students who have scored above 60 percent in their last exam are also eligible for these scholarships. Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College Admission Process 2023
Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College offers admission to the B.A, B.A (Hons), B.Com, B.Com (Hons) with different specializations under its UG curriculum. Admission to these courses are based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) score.
- The final selection will be done through e-counselling on the basis of CUET marks.
- Candidates are required to register for e-counselling on the DU admission portal after the CUET result is declared.
- E-counselling will contain 2 rounds where students will be able to choose the college that they want to opt for.
- Sports and Extracurricular Activities Candidates will be required to appear for a performance test along with the CUET entrance examinations. Selection of candidates for ECA will be made on a combination of CUET examination score and the candidate’s performance test. Candidates must have a minimum of 25 percent score on their CUET and a minimum of 75 percent score on their performance test.

- Candidates must first visit the official CUET website @cuet.samarth.ac.in.
- Upon opening the website candidates will find the ‘Register’ tab, they must click on it.

- After this, candidates will be directed to the application form. Candidates must fill in the required details carefully.
- After filling the necessary details candidates will have to upload important documents such as signature, photograph, marksheet, etc. Candidates must upload all the required documents.
- Candidates need to pay the application fee at the time of submitting the form or else the Online Application Form will not be considered.
- After submitting the fee, candidates print out the form and save a hard copy for future references.

- Education loans can be sanctioned, and there is a fee waiver to some extent for poor students
I took admitted in 2020 when the admission was done completely merit-based but now you have to give CUET to get into this college. reservation benefits are available. I think now the admission process has become completely online and a bit easy.

Must have passed 12th Standard from a recognized board. Admission to DU courses is done on basis of CUET and one must score well in the following subject combination: Any one Language from List A + Any two subjects from List B1 + Any one subject from either List B1 or List B2.
Merit will be based on the CUET scores obtained from the above-mentioned combination of subjects.

When I took the admission it was on the basis of a merit list. In which the aggregate of the best 4 is considered. Usually, the last cutoff in this college is around 75-80%. Don't lose hope till the end you can get into this college if you are an average student. It is a DU college so you have to just fill out the Du admission form which costs 250/-. I got the reservation benefit of OBC but there are no such benefits for OBCs, cutoffs are usually the same for general and OBCs admission.
