Ques. Why is the BRAC cutoff higher every year?

Ans. The cutoffs of the BRAC remains higher every year because of the following reasons: higher marks of the students increases the competition, low difficulty level of the qualifying exams, popularity of the courses, imbalance ratio between the availability of students and seats.

Ques. Can I take admission to B.A. (H), if I qualify for the BRAC cut off in the first list ? 

Ans. Yes, students are eligible for taking admissions in B.A. (H) in BRAC if they have scored equivalent to or more than the required cutoff in the first list. However, the students have to submit the mandatory documents in the college for verification along with the fees. 

Ques. I did not opt for B.A. (H) at BRAC, but I qualified for the cutoff. Can I still apply?

Ans. No, as per the guidelines of the Delhi University the students are not eligible for taking admission in another course in BRAC after the release of the cutoff list. According to the rules of DU, only those applicants who have chosen the exact college and their course combination in the common application of DU UG Merit Based Admission, are eligible to apply for admission upon qualifying the cut off.
