BHU BSc Nursing 2023: Eligibility Criteria
As per the guidelines issued by the conducting body, Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), there are 3 parameters of Eligibility Criteria: Nationality, Age, and Academic qualification.
- Nationality: Candidates should be an Indian citizen.
- Educational Qualification Required: Intermediate in Science from a recognized board or institute with an aggregate of minimum 50% marks (For general candidates) in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology) and 40% for the OBC Non-creamy layer/ SC/ ST.

BHU BSc Nursing Admission Process 2023
The candidates aspiring to take admission in BHU for BSc Nursing in India are required to sit for the entrance exam conducted by BHU.
- Registration/Application form filling: Candidates need to register on the official website by filling in their details, and academic details, and upload the required documents and confirm their application by paying their fees.
- Download the Admit Card: The conducting body releases the admit card at least ten or seven days before the entrance exam. Candidates need to download and take a printout of the admit card for the final day.
- Entrance Exam: Registered candidates who have completed the application process are expected to appear for the entrance exam by reporting to the allotted center on the prescribed time and date. Candidates should carry the printout of the admit card to the exam center.
- Result: The answer key to the exam is released by IMH BHU before announcing the BHU BSc Nursing result. Candidates need to check their answers and marks scored and accordingly guess the college based on previous cutoffs.
- Counselling: The counseling session will be conducted by the IMH BHU which is compulsory to attend. Next, the candidates need to go further for a personal interview along with a medical check-up. Checking the merit list after the document verification for seat allotment is the last step.
- Fee submission and attending classes: Post seat allotment, candidates need to submit the admission fee and the tuition fee and have to attend the classes on the prescribed dates.
