AIIMS MBBS Admission through NEET 2023: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. Following are some of the eligibility criteria:
- Age Criteria: Candidate should have obtained or will attain the age of 17 years as on December 31, 2023.
- Minimum Marks: The minimum aggregate of the marks in the examination for General candidates are 50%, for OBC/SC/ST candidates are 40% & for PwD candidates are 45%.
- Subjects: Candidates should have Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects in class 12.

The process to fill NEET 2023 application form for AIIMS MBBS admission is completely online. The steps to register are provided below:
- Register with basic details to get the login id/ application number and password.
- Fill the application form for personal, academic, exam city preference, and other details.

AIIMS MBBS NEET Answer Key 2023
AIIMS MBBS NEET Answer Key 2023 will be released through online mode after the completion of the entrance test. Through the answer key, candidates will be able to calculate their marks in the NEET exam. The answer key will be also released by the various coaching institutions for NEET. It will comprise of all the correct answers to the questions asked in the question paper.

The cutoff score is the minimum score which has to be secured by a candidate to get admission in AIIMS. As per the AIIMS MBBS NEET 2023 qualifying criteria, Cutoff for general category candidates is 50%ile and it is 40%ile for the reserved categories.

Students scoring a minimum of 50% (40% for OBC/SC/ST) marks will be considered qualified. NTA will prepare the 15% AIQ Merit List for MCC to carry out the counselling process.
Inter se merit of two or more candidates in the same category obtaining equal marks in the competitive entrance examination will be determined in order of preference as described below:
- Candidates obtaining higher marks in Biology in the entrance examination.
- Candidates obtaining higher marks in Chemistry in the entrance examination.
- Candidates obtaining higher marks in Physics in the entrance examination.
- Candidates with less number of incorrect answers.
- Candidates older in age to be preferred.

AIIMS MBBS NEET 2023 Counselling is the last round of the selection process.
- AIIMS MBBS NEET 2023 Counselling will commence after the declaration of exam result.
- Merit list will be prepared by NTA category-wise on the basis of marks scored in the entrance exam.
- Applicants are invited for counselling on the basis of rank secured in the merit list.
