What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

"My urge to learn new things and continuously upgrade my skills keeps me associated with the education sector"

My interest in academics and passion to continuously upgrade my skills and deliver the education to youths of our society are the biggest factors behind my association with the education sector. Education sector gives me abundant opportunities to uplift the marginalized people and I can easily aware society people about their responsibility and skills they need to have in order to succeed in this cut-throat competitive world.

Being the Principal of Kalol Institute and Research Center, what is your philosophy of leadership? 

"Leadership for me is all about leading people effectively and helping them to grow on perosnal and professional level"

According to me, true leader is the person who knows how to effectively deal with the people of different mindset and utlize their skills and available resources in the best possible way to achive short and long term goals and team feels motivated in the presence of their leader. In addition to this, a leader is a very calm and simple people who knows how to manage his/her time properly and plan and execute things strategically.

How do you strategize the key programs for the marketing and administration of your institution?

"By making best use of digital tools to educate students about our courses, facilties and achivements"

We arrange seminars in our institute and other schools as well to provide deep knowledge to young minds about physiotherapy and opportunities offered to them in future. Along with this, physiotherapy camps are organized by us in collaboration with society people and we make best use of our social media handles and digital marketing tools to make people aware about our uniqueness, achievements and facilities we have for the younger generation.

In your experience, what benefits students can gain from studying here at your KIRC?

"Students will get best quality education and global industrial exposure here"

The courses which we are presently offering to students have been internally accepted and students after successfully finishing their respective courses can easily pursue Master's from international universities. Along with this, we regularly engage our students in a wide variety of international conferences and workshops to update their knowledge and ensure global learning opportunities for them. What are your roles and responsibilities for the institution and students?

"I am responsible for supervising college activities and guide my faculty members and students when needed"

Being the Principal of the institute, my prime responsibility is to supervise and administer all activities and events of our college. And ensuring syllabus gets completed on time and students academic and non-academic needs are fulfilled in a proper way, providing them a safe and healthy environment along with abundant learning opportunities to help them grow on a personal and professional fronts also comes under the scope of my responsibilities. 

What do you think should be the college's top priority over the next 10 years?

"We should emphasize on development of students and college in coming years"

We should focus on the overall development of our college, its courses and educational practices and methodologies in upcoming years. In addition to this, our priority should be on providing the best academic and practical knowledge and placement opportunities to students, organizing co-curricular activities in college for their skill enhancement and including international programs in the college curriculum.
