What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership quality?

"Quality of leadership is like being an NSS program officer"

Quality of leadership is like being an NSS program officer and rotary club advisor and also, a member of the Not me; but your club. I participate in teamwork and team gatherings, such as the global distribution of food at public hospitals, the senior's rally for elders' welfare, the blood donation camp, and the work with SVT trust to plant seed balls along the riverside to create a forest culture.

What are some plans that you are currently or will be designing for the students?

"We can't change the student 's mindset after watching children"

We can't change the student mindset after watching children in lower grades who were all depressed and only excelling in math. Every degree has a passing grade in math, one cannot earn a degree without clearing math. So we always plan to have a bridge course. Bharathiyar University has syllabi from grades 10, 11, and 12, as well as tutoring and a bridge course. Before one month, we used to finish the syllabus and we encouraged students to do group discussions to clear their doubts. We always keep telling students that they need to earn at least 50 marks to qualify for a respectable income and employment for students performing in math.

What are some plans that you are currently or will be designing for the students?

"Student mentality also will change"

In this competitive environment, we shouldn't abandon our studies without a job. I have looked up placement reviews for numerous colleges. Placement evaluations are required for admission; therefore, when the percentage of placements rises, the admission and processes must be developed. Additionally, student mentality also will change.

What do you think should be the college's top priority over the next 10 years?

"Students learn everything through Google-related projects and training sessions"

Developing students' entrepreneurial skills in the modern day, when the majority of young people manage social media and YouTube channels. We do not intend to harm or penalize them, and we do consider their perspective. Today's pupils use Google to learn; this practice is known as Google theivam. They learn everything through Google-related projects and training sessions; thus, we intend to introduce digitization courses on our campus.

How does your college prepare students for placements?

"Our aptitude training is the greatest strength for our placements"

Faculty at the government arts institution informed us of the clock aptitude test before one week had passed. We don't take full-hour classes for the students. In one session the last Ten minutes are allotted for the aptitude exam and practice. After COVID, we didn't have as much training because of online assessments, now we are facing the students and teaching and training them on the spot so we can see improvements but still, we are improving.

How do you try to bring in a practical approach towards subjects and make it industry oriented?

"We engage in practical activities, students can understand maths"

We engage in practical exercises like "Fun with Numbers." Since nothing exists without math, we encourage people to learn it as much as they can. Additionally, math knowledge is really useful for planning entertaining math-related activities. Mantra is also present in math when we discover that we can improve our skills through involvement. When we engage in practical activities, students can understand maths.

Do you have any extracurricular activities or programs to enhance the skills of the students or expose them to real-world challenges?

"Students can also perform for cultural and sporting events"

We have separate clubs for each department. Students can join a club when they have free time in the evening. They can participate in clubs to advance their technical and non-technical knowledge. Students can also perform for cultural and sporting events because our college is located with excellent infrastructure with all types of facilities.

When you came to college what was your vision and how are you trying to achieve the same?

"Ultimate goal is to register for a doctorate"

I've accomplished everything, but my ultimate goal is to register for a doctorate and complete the same to publish research articles in my field of study. I have tried to achieve the majority of the time, but owing to my full-time school load, I was unable to continue. I am now exploring part-time courses to finish my doctorate.

How does the department or college enhance the skills of the faculty and prepares them according to the industry oriented?

"We are improving to get admitted with the best results"

Association meetings will educate staff members as well. We used to conduct a National-level program at the MAT lab. We have had a math department for the previous three years, but now there is no department for maths due to a lack of admissions still we are improving to get admitted with the best results. we have noticed that all of the students do extensive analysis where faculties had their updated skills. Apart from faculty development programs we do association meetings to upskill the faculty knowledge.

What do you see as the college's greatest strengths and how it can be enhanced?

"Our greatest strength is blood donation and NSS camp"

Because the majority of the students attend from rural areas, social interactions are our college's greatest asset. They won't need to be forced; they will volunteer everything. Our greatest strength is blood donation and NSS camp. Five students went even today to promote cancer awareness. We participate in every club activity, including the repo in NSS. The other departments' students, as well as second-and third-year students, may take part in all events depending on the final-year students' activities.

What valuable advice would you like to give the students for they to have a prosperous career ahead?

"Mindset is essential while making decisions"

It is my top recommendation that all students practice yoga to reduce stress and make wise decisions. Students should practice yoga for a relaxed and stable attitude because implementing a proper mindset is essential while making decisions for their education or their personal lives.
