What are the key factors that connect you with the education sector?

“Love towards the pupils”

I have been working in the education field since 1987. The primary factor that connects me with the education sector is my love for the students. Moreover, I am interested in this field due to my curiosity to learn newer aspects of Science and Technology.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“Primary approach is an administration with love”

I need to get the work done at the correct time as the director of the institution. I believe the basic approach of leadership is an administration with love. Moreover, I trust in sharing and caring for each other for better performance.

How do you strategize about plans for the academics in Vignana Bharathi Institute of Technology?

“Modify the teaching-learning process and upgrade the engineering branches”

Science and technology change every time. It is necessary to modify the teaching-learning process. We use high-end ICT Tools for better quality education for the students. The course curriculum of Engineering branches upgrades as per the changing needs of the society. These factors are taken into consideration in VBIT.

What do you identify as educational needs for training your students?

“A career guidance center to build the aspirations of pupils”

The limited student outlook results in improper planning of their career. We have established a career guidance center to overcome the drawback. It enables us to train the students as per their aspirations. I provide all the needs for students by securing the right career path for youth. 

What do you think is the top priority in VBIT for the next 5 years?

“To emerge from communication, information technologies and digitalization for the growth of students”

The rate of technology is increasing nowadays. We need to focus on emerging technologies. Communication and Information Technologies is the primary part. Moreover, Digitalization becomes a huge part of our life in terms of everything. We give top priority to the technologies in the upcoming years.
