Whenever I delegate a task to any team, I ensure that they succeed by taking care of all their resource requirements and visualizing the possible hurdles and working 24x7 to provide the solution at the back end. I keep myself involved in all major tasks and inspire my team by working with them from start to completion of tasks. I keep a humanistic approach on top in every decision and I believe that the rules/procedures etc. are made by us for the betterment of individuals, organizations and society at large, and shall be reviewed and changed for overall improvement from time to time.
