What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?
“It is important to take feedback from the team while making important decisions”
I lead by setting self-work examples from the front. I ask for inputs and consider feedback from my team before making a decision. This makes my team members involved in the major decisions and get to give their contributions. This leadership style helps me to foster higher levels of faculty engagement, which in turn is very much helpful for the students as they get to learn from the best dedicated faculty.
How do you keep your students updated with so much going on around the world?
“Students should keep themselves aware via international journals and research papers”
We are well aware that the structure of educational patterns in our nation is different from the other countries. Therefore, we are continuously encouraging our students to remain in touch with international journals and literature, which are richly available in our library to enable the students to remain at par with their counterparts in other nations.
“As a Director of this educational group (NGI), I have constituted many a team’s consisting of elite members from faculty and non-teaching staff as well, who are fulfilling their duties with higher dedication to ensure the best of the marketing and administrative aspects.”
What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the College and the students are?
“Students should explore and make wise decisions to gain expertise and insights”
Student’s life is the happiest and the most crucial period. It is not just about attending classes in a course and working hard to attain an appropriate level of mastery of a subject under the guidance of an instructor, but to self-explore the interest areas and become a subject matter expert.
My role as a Director is to provide strategic direction and develop standardized curricula, assess teaching methods, responsibility for research, monitor student achievement, encourage parent involvement, revise policies and procedures, administer the budget, hire and evaluate staff and oversee facilities.

“Curating plans to accelerate and bring in international exposure is the new plan in hand”

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?
“The youth should not refrain from hard work, which can later produce bigger results”
I would like to convey to all the students that every fruitful action is governed by a fine set up of mind. If they are capable of focusing their strength in the form of hard work, courage, patience, wisdom, strength and action, at a single point, they can produce miraculous results.
