Arvind Sinha: “General (No reservation).”

Describe the general setting of WAT / GD (if any)?

Arvind Sinha: “It was held offline. My center was Kolkata. There were 2 members in the panel. It was a group exercise and not a group discussion. One moderator was present. The total duration was around 12-15 minutes. There was no WAT round. Advice from me would include stay well vigilant of current affairs and not just this two most important factors that are judged includes- Leadership skill as well as Emotional Intelligence.”

What was the WAT / GD Topic?

Arvind Sinha: “The topic for group exercise was to design outdoor games using social media platforms. There was a group of 7-8 students. The duration was around 12-15 minutes. It was an incredibly fun activity. It included a few video makeovers and it was an online come offline competition.”

What were your answer/points put forward for the WAT or GD respectively?

Arvind Sinha: “There were no wrong or right answers. We were just required to use all our creative skills to make it comprehensive yet inclusive and exciting.”

Describe the general setting of your personal Interview.

Arvind Sinha: “There were 3 panels. There were faculty and one of them was an alumnus plus an industry expert who held a great position in one of the advertising agencies. The mode of the interview is offline. The duration of the interview was around 20-22 minutes. It was not a stressful interview. It was one of the coolest interviews I have had.”
