What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

"The feeling of contributing to nation growth by educating youths makes me stay connected"

The happiness I receive after educating and guiding our students by providing them with the best quality knowledge kept me connected with this sector. I also believe that this sector gives you the best opportunity to serve the nation because we are directly preparing our future generations. 

What is your philosophy of leadership?

"Leadership is all about making team capable enough to achieve the bigged goal by setting small tasks"

My Philosophy of leadership is that one should lead by example. Because if we want people to listen to us, we have to show them first how things are being done. One should set small goals first in order to achieve a big target, as every step matters which is taken in the right direction.

Which courses are being offered by your institute currently?

"We offer courses like MBA, BBA, BCA and B. Voc. etc"

We offer Postgraduate courses like MBA and Undergraduate programs such as BBA, B.Com, BCA, Hotel Management, Digital Marketing and B.voc.

We have an amazing team of highly educated and experienced staff with us to teach students in the best possible way and make them updated with the latest industry happenings and expectations. We also try to keep our approach towards education more realistic to ensure the quality. Lastly, we organise company visits to enhance the interaction of our students with industry professionals.

What are your roles and responsibilities for the college and students?

"To give a suitable ambiance to students and staff to grow"

My responsibility is to ensure a cordial environment for students where they can study freely and explore new ideas. And I also need to take care of the fact that all facilities are easily available and accessible for students. 

What do you think should be the college’s top priority over the next 10 years?

"To enhance our reach in different horizons of society to make quality education available for all"

We aspire to expand our reach among different sections of society so that we can offer them quality education and facilities to help them grow and live their dreams. We don’t want us to be limited to a similar set of students, we are focused towards diversification and want to reach all sections of the society. 

When you joined this institute, what was your vision for it and how far have you come in implementing that vision?

"To provide best services to students and staff using my knowledge and skills"

My vision when I joined the institute was to provide the best services to all the students and faculty using my past experiences and knowledge. And now I have expanded my vision and I am putting my 100% efforts into creating a brand name for SSCMT in the near future. So for that we are working on the holistic development of our students, faculty and staff.

What makes your college unique compared to others?

"Our education quality and financial assistance available for students makes us different"

We provide best quality education and facilities in terms of infrastructure and co-curricular activities. Apart from this, we have financial assistance available for students who are not in a good position financially. And our motto of providing quality education to all at affordable prices also makes us different from others. 

What are some of the greatest strengths of your college?

"The collaboration and coordination of our staff and faculty members to achieve daily decided goals"

In my opinion, our greatest strength is our team’s cooperation. We always work like a family and make sure that not only students but faculty and staff also feel comfortable. And to ensure the same, we have maintained a very synchronized system between all the departments to ensure the smooth functioning of our institution.

Any suggestions which you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring students?

"Take decisions of your career and life very carefully and believe in yourself"

I want to convey to students that they should start taking ownership and accountability of their decisions be it related to career or personal life. They should make decisions very wisely without any rush in order to choose the right path. 

Are you planning to launch any new course in this coming academic year for students?

"Yes, we are working to introduce Paramedical and few vocational programs for students"

Yes we are planning to launch some paramedical courses and some vocational courses in the upcoming time.
