Fresher girls are given just one option i.e. Opal Hostel. So for them, there’s no question of the best or worst hostel. As for boys, Diamond, Agate, Coral and Jade, all are equally good. But Coral and Agate are the closest to LHC, where fresher classes are conducted. Diamond gets the best Wifi speed, but the others aren’t far behind.
I have lived some of the best years of my life at NIT Trichy. Don’t worry, whichever hostel you get, you’ll have a memorable first year at this college.
AIIMS Delhi and MAMC Delhi are both the most reputed colleges in terms of academics and placements. AIIMS Delhi offers limited 125 seats annually which makes it really competitive to get admission. Although it is equally competitive to get into MAMC, the college offers a total of 250 seats annually for the MBBS program.
Both institutions have well-experienced faculty, infrastructure and strong curriculum. Admission at AIIMS Delhi is not guaranteed unless one goes through counselling and secures the seat as AIIMS doesn’t offer management seats.
MBBS curriculum is the same in both colleges. Hence, the college tag doesn’t matter however, everything is dependent on your skills, knowledge and learning during your internship posting where you utilize all your theoretical knowledge into practice.
It is advisable for you to continue your education at MAMC without dropping out and wasting one year. Make the most of the resources available and you can always continue your PG studies at AIIMS Delhi by clearing INI CET. Also, AIIMS Delhi conducts INI CET twice a year i.e. January Session and July Session which provides you with an opportunity to appear at your desired time.
My elder sister is an IITM student. So, I think I can answer your question.
IITM Janakpuri is affiliated with IP university. When it comes to management, they provide the best faculties as well as all of the extracurricular managerial activities that a student may require depending on their course.
In terms of chilling out, it's a great college, but there's less space to chill out on campus because it is built in a small area. The canteen at the institute is the best in the institute with three different spaces. There are in-house Amul cafes and Nescafe.
IITM Janakpuri also has a great location. It is situated right next to a metro station.
Harvard University is well-known for providing financial aid to talented students in the form of scholarships. In fact, it runs its own committee to manage and disburse general scholarships as a type of financial aid to students in need. However, it does not offer any merit-based scholarships and no full-ride scholarships. But the university makes sure to take care of 100% of students’ financial needs. You will be surprised to know that almost half of the batch here avails of need-based scholarships or financial aid every year.
Here is a comprehensive table mentioning the list of scholarships offered to Harvard University students and the eligibility criteria for each of them:
Scholarship Name |
Eligibility |
Boustany MBA Harvard scholarship |
|
Horace W. Goldsmith Fellowship |
|
The Robert S Kaplan Life Sciences Fellowship |
|
Need-Based Fellowships |
|
Now the question arises, how to get these scholarships. Students can opt for scholarships offered both by external as well as in-house sources. The university filters students for scholarships by understanding the background and economic position of the students. Only then does it grant financial aid, to let them complete their UG and PG education easily.
As a B-School, KJ Somaiya has certain factors which are advantageous, such as location, ROI, alumni base. Since Mumbai is the corporate hub of India, the college easily attracts many companies. SIMSR has a huge alumni base with people working at imminent positions in the corporate world.
However, it doesn’t come under the top B-Schools in India. SIMSR brand doesn’t have much recognition. Although it attracts many companies, the placement average isn’t at the same level as top B-Schools. KJ Somaiya placements 2022 had an average CTC of INR 10.95 LPA.

The fee structure which has been implemented at DS NLU is the same for everyone except for the students who are admitted into the institution based on various quotas like NRIs, Vacancies, Upgradation, and the other ones which are applicable at the institution.
My friend is currently pursuing a course at DS NLU so I have a brief idea about the fee structure there. The marks that you scored in your sessional or semester examinations of your respective course would not have any impact on the fees chargeable by the institute. The fee depends on the quota through which you get admission to the institution.
If you belong to the general category and are domicile of India, then the fee which will be charged from you would be the same just like everyone else from your category for a specific course. I believe that a similar structure is followed throughout all the institutions that come under NLU.

The answer may seem a little bit biased, but everything written in the following is my friend's personal experience.
He was in the batch of 2018 in the CS Department. His JEE Main rank was 28 (AIR), and he selected this institute as there were no other options like IITs or top NITs.
It was completely unbelievable to him as the institute was recently established. Within just 2 years, it became so developed; however, everything happened due to NIT Jamshedpur's mentorship.
This institute did not have any discrimination; rather, you will get the opportunity to sit in the NIT Jamshedpur placement process. It is no doubt a great prospect for the students of this institute.
There was a break up for IIIT, and within the next 2 years, as my friend told me, it might become low.
Additionally, this institute's official strength is approximately 120-180, which considers the best for this new institute. It is also a great achievement for this institute.
