Both NSIT and DTU are reputed colleges. You won’t miss out much if you choose one institute over the other.
So, there is no clear winner. You can choose either of these institutes.
If you are looking for a better peer group, location, and placement opportunities, then NSIT CS will be a better option.
NSIT has a lower student intake. So, the competition is lower for placement and students get the required attention from faculties. For CS, NSIT placements are great. Each year, almost 80% of students get internships. NSIT CSE average package is around INR 12-15 LPA.

Among the above three, CS at BITS Goa is the best institute to opt for. Agreeing with a few of my friends studying there, I can say that it provides better placements and wider industry exposure.
BITS Goa offers the best curriculum among the three, with no reservation, and offering flexible courses. Through the course, the faculty helps in all sorts of projects and thesis related works. Thought-provoking ideas are extremely encouraged.

Placements (Winning Institute- BITS Goa)
The placement training in BITS Goa is extremely essential and productive. There is an established coding culture in CS, which makes students excel in open source coding more than DTU and PEC students.
The campus culture of BITS Goa is among the top 10 colleges in India. Technical, cultural, and sports fests held here are among the best in the country. BITS Goa is a private college and a newer establishment having the best campus and infrastructure with all the necessary amenities.
The institutes NSIT as well as DTU both are tier 1 colleges and among the best engineering colleges of India. Hence, it is quite difficult to say which one is best among MCE at DTU and ICE at NSIT. ICE branch provides opportunities to students in both Hardware and Software whereas MCE is more aligned towards software industries. The students from MCE have ample opportunities in either finance or pure mathematics and programming. The packages that the students get at MCE in DTU is similar to that of ICE at NSIT.
Instrumentation and Control Engineering in NSIT is an older branch than Mathematics and Computing Engineering in DTU. As far as placement of these branches is concerned almost all Tech companies allow both ICE and MCE students to take part in their internship and placement test with a required percentage criteria but that depends upon company to company.
Placement at NSIT is quite good, more than 100 companies visit the campus for placement drive. The average salary offered is around 7-8 LPA. The 2019 placement highlights for DTU show a total of 70 students got placed from the MCE department, whereas the no of offers received was 93. The highest CTC offered to the students of this branch was around 39 LPA.
The coding environment in DTU is great. The co-curricular activities of both the colleges are brilliant as a large no of societies are available for students to pursue their interests and enhance their skills. So, choose the institute based on your subject of choice.
Among the best technological universities in India, Delhi Technological University (DTU) is ranked 2nd and 36th by Times Engineering Survey and NIRF respectively whereas out of 300, NIRF has ranked Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology at 250.

MSIT provides wonderful facilities for students that include highly equipped laboratories, a library with a huge collection of books and journals, medical facilities, sports facilities for outdoor as well as indoor games, and a hostel.
These are some of the factors that you need to take into consideration while choosing between the two options. As for which one should you choose, you should be the one to decide that.
IIT Bhubaneswar and DTU are both well-reputed institutes for engineering in India. Between the branches, COE offers more opportunities as compared to ECE. However, you should choose the institute based on the branch you are interested in.
IIT Bhubaneswar is considered among the top engineering colleges in India. NIRF has ranked IIT Bhubaneswar at 17th among the engineering colleges. Admission to the ECE program at the institute is done based on the performance of the student in JEE Advanced and the minimum eligibility criteria for admission is 75% aggregate in 10+2. The course fee is 2.14 lakhs (1st-year course fee).
ECE is a new branch in IIT Bhubaneswar. The first batch of ECE graduated in 2020. Before 2016, electrical engineering was a combination of EEE and ECE. In 2020, 97% of the students from ECE got the placements in many top MNCs.The average CTC offered was INR 15.8 LPA. However, the highest domestic CTC offered was around INR 43.3 LPA.
DTU is ranked 2nd and 34th as the best technological university as per TES and NIRF. The admission to the program is done on the basis of the performance of the student in JEE Mains. The course fee for COE at DTU is 1.66 lakhs (1st-year fee).

An overall comparison of these institutes is given below.

Brand Value: (DTU~NSIT~NIT Warangal)
In terms of brand value, all these institutes are on the same level.
Placements: (DTU~NSIT~NIT Warangal))
Location: (DTU, NSIT> NIT Warangal)
Social life in Delhi is definitely better than in Warangal. For all these reasons, choosing DTU or NSIT will be better.
While many might suggest you go for DTU CS, and not run after the IIT tag, my opinion may vary. Had I been in your place, I would have chosen IIT Delhi any day over DTU because the exposure, opportunities, brand value, research opportunities, and top-notch education that come with it are worth a few boring Textile Courses.
Most importantly, IIT Delhi allows you to take electives in the field of your choice and you can always opt for CS electives for better placements. Some common courses undertaken by students who opt for non-core placements are
With the right balance of basic textile education and these courses, you can avail of both, CS education as well as IIT tag. However, you will have to study some courses in which you are least interested, thereby wasting your time. This sacrifice is justifiable when you keep in mind the CS faculty of IIT Delhi which is far better than DTU.
