Has anyone regretted after joining XLRI HRM?
If you are an HRM enthusiast, you certainly won’t regret joining XLRI HRM program. In the Asia-Pacific region, it is the best HRM program. XLRI offers a conducive learning experience. You will have the freedom to study beyond the confines of the course structure. The HRM faculties are the best in their field.
The exposure and placement opportunities are ample. As per the recent highlights of XLRI placements, HRM students receive an average CTC of around INR 23-25 LPA.

The answer to this question is a no. One of my brothers graduated from Xavier School of Management and I have seen him achieve the goals of his life. Nobody regrets doing MBA from XLRI HRM, be it about the faculty or the placement opportunities.
My brother was a part of a top-notch leadership program by Mckinsey for an Indian MNC. It had students from IIM, IBS, and other preeminent universities. There were 3 XLRI HRM students who got selected for the project. Therefore, it not only provides you opportunities to outshine your knowledge and get a good placement but it also makes you ready to face the actual world.
However, a few students regret joining XLRI HRM, ignoring the benefits it provides.
- Many students had their keen interest in marketing and financing but took XLRI HRM just so that they can get a degree from a well-reputed university.
- The second category would include the students who took education loans for their admission as it is a little expensive university when it comes to its fees. Later, those students have to pay EMI which affects their well-earned money.
Otherwise, it is a well-known university that provides ample opportunities for you to perform well and earn well.
