Remarks :

We have written the entrance which was called mains, and jee advanced and we have qualified in that examinations. Nta will provide all the information regarding the exam. And just take care of the admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have chosen the stream of computer science which was data science and artificial intelligence which I think is so much of a demanding course nowadays. The faculty was so much good. The faculty was teaching us they were qualified in foreign universities.

Class Size : 30Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Some of the students will the internship offers in the second year of their study . Most of the students will get the internship offers in the third year of their study it will in the semester holidays.

Placement Experience :

From the second year onwards internship process starts and in the third year, most of the students will get their internships which will be in the semester holidays. A maximum number of students will get placed by the end of their course.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For a year there will be two semesters for one-semester Tuition fees will be 100,000 and the hostel 32000-35000, The total per year will be the cost of study for the student if no reservation policy. Depending on parents' income scholarships will be provided by the institute.

Campus Life :

There so much of events will be conducted in our colleges. These events are mostly planned by the respective clubs. They were related to entertainment, technology, studies, gaming, dancing, etc. Festival fests are also celebrated.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facilities are very nice. The room occupancy would be 2 per room for the first and second year students and from 3rd year they will be given single rooms . The mess will be quite good. There are wide varities of food on our menu daily. The hostel facilitates the wifi connection to every room and a table and chair for studying purposes.

Hostel Fee : INR 60000 per year

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is quite good. we cannot disclose the name of the company visiting the campus because the training and placement cell of NIT SILCHAR did not allow us to disclose the names of the companies. My plan after getting my degree is to go through the UPSC exam.

The College life at NIT SILCHAR

Course Curriculum Overview:

Because I was interested in this course. Here the faculty-to-student ratio would be around 1:25 which is very good we can clarify our doubts by asking the faculty, the Qualification of the teaching method will mostly be the same, they are PhD, but their teaching experience plays a major role and their teaching method varies from faculty to faculty but it would be nice. Term exams would be around 5 months Difficulty in passing the exams depends on the faculty.

The placement season in the college is a very important one. Even before that, students get to do internships from 2nd year of BTech, providing them exposure to all kinds of companies and job sectors. All kinds of companies like Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Amazon, Uber make their way out here in search of bright minds capable of developing the companies further. They even provide the students with Pre Placement Offers, if their internship performance is commendable. The highest package goes upto above 2 crore INR per year, with average packages of above 25 lakhs INR per year. Above 85% of the students get placed in the end, with the others interested in higher studies. Nobody is left idle. My plans after BTech are to pursue a well paying job with a good working atmosphere.
