M.Tech Eligibility
- M.Tech applicants should have a B. Tech. or equivalent degree with a CGPA of 6.5 on a scale of 10 or an aggregate score of 60%. SC/ST/PWD category candidates are allowed an exemption of 5% in aggregate score of qualifying exam.
- Candidates should also have a valid GATE Score, in the absence of which, they will have to appear for the NERIST PG entrance test - NEPGET.
M.Tech Selection Criteria
- Selection is on the basis of academic merit and performance in the entrance test.
- Please note, candidates with valid GATE score are exempt from entrance examination for admission in M.Tech, subject to availability of seats.
