Tezpur University M.Sc Mathematics: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Admission to the M.Sc. in Mathematics program at Tezpur Central University requires passing an entrance exam conducted by the University of North Bengal. The mathematics department charges around Rs 15,000 per semester, whereas fees for MBA, engineering, and MCA programs are higher. While the college offers some internships, placement opportunities are limited, especially for engineering and mathematics students. Mathematics students, in particular, find placements challenging without a PhD, and engineering placements are not very robust. Despite these challenges, the university is notably ranked 5th in India. Scholarships are available for one girl child per family, students from the Scheduled Caste category, and those who perform exceptionally well academically.
